Thank you for supporting my work. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Work

All custom orders are final sale. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom work once an order has been placed.

Refunds & Partial Refunds

For all other purchases, refund and partial refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact me at haileycrittenden.art@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable (e.g., for damaged or defective items)

Each request will be evaluated individually, and I will do my best to reach a fair resolution. Approval of a refund or partial refund is at my discretion and is not guaranteed.
